Welcome to iFixandCare. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or using our repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Repair Services

iFixandCare provides diagnostic and repair services for smartphones, tablets, computers, and electronic devices. While we strive to restore full functionality, some repairs involve risks due to the condition of devices before service. By submitting a device, you authorize our technicians to perform repair procedures necessary to diagnose and fix the issue.


2. Diagnostic & Repair Approval

A diagnostic may be required before repair. We will inform you of repair options and pricing when possible. Work will only proceed after customer approval unless a standard minor adjustment is required during the repair process.


3. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before repair.
iFixandCare is not responsible for data loss, including photos, contacts, apps, or files during diagnostics or repair procedures.


4. Parts & Replacement Components

We use high-quality compatible parts unless otherwise specified. Some manufacturer features (such as Face ID, True Tone, fingerprint sensors, or water resistance) may be affected depending on device condition or prior repairs.


5. Repair Time Estimates

Repair times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to parts availability, device condition, or unforeseen internal damage.


6. Warranty

Most repairs include a limited warranty covering the replaced part only.
The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage after repair
  • Tampering or third-party repair
  • Software issues unrelated to repair

Proof of service may be required for warranty claims.


7. Unclaimed Devices

Devices not picked up within 30 days after repair completion notification may be considered abandoned. iFixandCare reserves the right to recycle or dispose of unclaimed devices to recover service costs where permitted by law.


8. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due upon completion of repair unless otherwise agreed. Diagnostic fees may apply to declined repairs. Refunds are issued only if a repair cannot be completed or if covered under warranty.


9. Limitation of Liability

iFixandCare is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of use of device
  • Manufacturer warranty voidance due to third-party repair

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service.
